Former Police Captain and Technology Executive Brings Decades of Experience to Non-Profit Focused on Combating Human Trafficking

Mom’s in Security Global Outreach is excited to announce that Michael Joy has joined the Board of Directors. Joy is a technology-focused executive and retired police captain, with over two decades of experience driving advancements in the public sector and supporting industries.

As a transformational growth strategy and operations leader, Joy has significant experience aligning solutions to customer needs and leading cross-functional teams to successfully market, sell, and deploy novel capabilities in demanding environments. His expertise includes surveillance systems, situational awareness platforms, biometrics, digital identity, video analytics, link analysis, IoT sensor-based alerting, digital forensics and intelligence, and AI/ML enhanced data fusion.

Joy also has a strong history of providing management and technology consulting services for state and local governments and their industry partners.
